Toronto, Canada Triovest Realty Advisors Inc. Full time

Triovest, one of Canada’s largest privately-owned commercial real estate companies, is seeking a Leasing Coordinator on a 14-month contract at 130 King Street West, Toronto. The Leasing Coordinator will provide day to day operational and administrative support to the Senior Vice President, National Leasing and to the commercial leasing team in the GTA and Montreal. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, brokers, listing agents, and tenants to streamline processes and contribute to the success of the commercial leasing team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare, distribute, and track leasing documents, including RFPs, prospective tenant proposals, waiver letters, lease agreements, amendments, and renewals.
- Manage the timely execution and return of documents, while maintaining up-to-date records.
- Respond to broker and listing agent requests for information on the commercial portfolio.
- Support commercial leasing team with input and updating of information in VTS.
- Coordinate with accounting team to track all leasing fees.
- Maintain and upkeep commercial leasing templates with current clauses and formats.
- Process and coordinate payment of broker commission invoices in a timely manner.
- Provide support for annual budget entry and review in Yardi.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Leasing Coordinator to identify and execute on opportunities for the commercial leasing team to build relationships with the brokerage community and raise awareness of the Triovest brand.
- Process monthly expenses for the commercial leasing team.
- Support commercial leasing team in organizing and maintaining lease files, databases, and tracking systems.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for lease negotiations and tenant meetings.
- Provide back-up to the Senior Leasing Coordinator (Retail) when needed.
- Provide administrative support to Office Services team as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES**
- Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- 2+ years in commercial real estate or leasing support role, with experience handling lease documents.
- Strong attention to detail in tracking, updating, and processing leasing documents and payments.
- Effective time management and organization skills to handle multiple tasks, including document distribution, database updates, and expense processing.
- Proficiency with leasing software (e.g., VTS, Yardi), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with real estate or leasing documentation.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with brokers, listing agents, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a commercial leasing team, supporting team goals and assisting with relationship-building initiatives.
- Resourcefulness in handling requests, managing records, and maintaining leasing templates.
