**About the Position**:
Reporting directly to the Retail Manager, with support from the Director of Retail Innovation, the Leasing Coordinator will assist in organizing and curating STACKT’s retail marketplace, including managing inbound and outbound inquiries, contract facilitation, resident relations, administrative support, and on-site residential management. The marketplace is home to +25 retail stores within the premises. The Leasing Coordinator will lead the day-to-day management of the leads for the marketplace while also focusing on resident relations, compliance and programming opportunities. They will work closely with other departments (i.e. events, food + beverage, marketing, sponsorships) to communicate key information and support the community.
**Role + Responsibilities **(including but not limited to):
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company at various events, festivals and/or specific programming and share information about the company, the property and our leasing structure.
- Follow up with current residents (tenants) whose contracts are about to expire and work with them to negotiate new terms or oversee the off-boarding process.
- Coordinate, manage and lead site tours and show units to prospective tenants.
- Ensure the marketplace residents (“tenants”) comply with current legislation and internal policies, including but not limited to authorized activities, opening and closing hours, and property or administrative documentation (e.g., insurance).
- Act as a proactive liaison between the current or prospective residents (tenants) and different departments at the company.
- Compile and update documents and information from prospective and current residents to prepare various documents, including proposals, contracts, reports and presentations.
- Track and manage weekly spending projections and documented expenses to ensure everything is balanced and on plan.
- Provide proactive logístical support around the marketplace, units and residents.
- Support the development of the monthly Resident Town Halls, including presenting key components to support communication efforts with residents, along with reminders about site compliance and best practices.
- Coordinate, support and oversee the execution of vendor markets.
- Support the design + creation of marketplace sales tools like sell sheets, presentations + signage to ensure communication around the opportunities at STACKT are clear, and the prospects have a sound understanding of what they can expect at the Marketplace
- Attend company meetings, brainstorms, and social gatherings where applicable.
- Assist on-site with the coordination and execution of resident integrations through major festivals and/or events taking place on site.
- Lead, execute or support other deliverables that are directed by the company and may change from time to time based on business needs.
