**Job Summary**:
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate quotes for customers according to standard procedures.
- Answer and redirect phone calls as needed.
- Office data entry.
- Proofread quotes and correspondence from the President.
- Schedule meetings and prepare necessary reports.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets for tracking pricing quotes and other data.
- Perform reception duties and assist with general office tasks.
- Sort and distribute mail; manage banking duties and post office trips.
- Assist with general labor tasks as required.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
- Follow company health and safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment as required.
**Skills/Qualifications**:
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks; typing speed of at least 50 wpm.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Self-motivated, organized, and innovative.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Professional business appearance.
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be able to prioritize
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week

- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks: 2 years (required)
