**What we offer**
**What you’ll do**
- Support the TA team with interview scheduling, job posting management, and talent analytics & reporting.
- Manage the onboarding process for all Mattamy Canada employees, including new hire orientations, collecting, and electronically filing paperwork and ensuring a positive employee new hire experience.
- Manage and support the applicant tracking system (ATS), i.e., Jobvite.
- Assist with employee referral programs including administration, reporting, and promoting programs internally.
- Ownership of the background check and reference process.
- Suggest, support, and implement ongoing process improvements.
- Support the implementation of Talent Acquisition projects including Employer Branding, Marketing, TA Training, ATS data integrity, TA Metrics support.
- Participate and support other People & Culture/TA and Talent initiatives, as required.
**What **y**ou **b**ring**
- Post-secondary education, or higher, in a relevant field.
- Possess the experience or enrolled in a Human Resources related program.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Proven ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature with a focus on details and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills, with strong technical aptitude
- Integrity and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
**Bonus points**
- Interest in furthering sustainability and diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Hands-on experience with ATS System (in particular, Jobvite).
