**What you will do in this role**:
**Onboarding Management**:

- Maintain records in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS) and document processes through HR operating procedures.

**Talent Programs Support**:

- Provide full-cycle support for talent programs, including the Summer Student Program.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to gather requirements, advertise positions, and manage the selection and onboarding process.

**Process Improvement**:

- Contribute to enhancing recruitment and onboarding processes based on best practices and innovative strategies.
- Conduct research and manage social media efforts to explore new recruitment methods.

**HR and Talent Acquisition Support**:

- Address queries from HR and employees promptly.
- Provide research, data analysis, and administrative support to the talent acquisition team and assist with the applicant tracking system.

**What the role requires**:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role within talent acquisition, onboarding, or HR administration.
- Combination of education and experience may be considered

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a constantly changing environment.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with MS Project and Visio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft reports and provide clear instructions.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff and external partners.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and process improvement.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias

**Nice to have**:

- Certificate in Human Resources Management or enrollment in the program
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role within talent acquisition, onboarding, or HR administration.
- Familiarity with process mapping and change management principles

In this role, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement. This means you'll have the ability to work off-site and on-site as needed, depending on operational needs at the **7120 Hurontario Street, Mississauga** worksite. The frequency of on-site work may vary from week to week, depending on operational demands, which can evolve over time.

It's important to note that your off-site work location must be within the province of Ontario. This ensures that we're compliant with all regulations and policies.
