As our team continues to grow we are searching for another individual to join our administrative team to support our employees as they provide commercial & industrial I.T. and Ethernet / Fiberoptic cabling services to our clients.

This office based role will, working with our other administrative staff, generally support our office operation. Examples include:

- Join internal & client-facing meetings to itemize and document the tasks we commit to completing.
- Welcome guests, clients, and visitors to our office.
- Contribute to a smooth running office through the management of office supplies, lunch & conference rooms, and scheduling maintenance & repair contractors as necessary.
- Schedule maintenance of our tools, vehicles, and similar assets as necessary.
- Perform general office tidying & upkeep between visits from our cleaning vendor.
- Track & facilitate employee safety and career training.

This role will also contribute and ultimately assume responsibility for most purchasing, including:

- Assess existing stock levels of commonly used items and re-order as necessary.
- Participate in project planning, request quotes from vendors, and purchase project materials as needed.
- Develop and maintain professional, helpful relationships with our most frequently used vendors.
- Receive & organize materials as they arrive at our office and process the associated invoice.
- Track materials used for projects and manage in our accounting system.

- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of financial principles and practices

Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. We are a team of 18 and this role will be one of two administrative personnel. In general all employees are expected to contribute as-needed to the smooth operating of our office and our projects.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
