Startup Program Manager

As the Startup Program Manager, you will lead and manage our startup incubation programs focused on entrepreneurs in the immigration space. You will work closely with immigrant founders, providing guidance, resources, and strategic support to help them launch and scale their businesses. Your role will involve collaboration with various stakeholders, including government agencies, legal experts, and industry partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Program Development**: Design, implement, and manage startup programs tailored for immigrant entrepreneurs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community needs.
- **Mentorship and Support**: Provide one-on-one mentorship and coaching to startup founders, assisting with business planning, market research, funding strategies, and compliance with immigration regulations.
- **Networking and Partnerships**: Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, investors, and community organizations to create valuable networking opportunities for program participants.
- **Workshops and Events**: Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and networking events that address key topics for immigrant entrepreneurs, such as legal considerations, funding options, and business development.
- **Monitoring and Evaluation**: Track program outcomes and participant progress, collecting data to evaluate effectiveness and inform future program improvements.
- **Advocacy and Outreach**: Advocate for policies and initiatives that support immigrant entrepreneurship, working closely with relevant stakeholders and community groups.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Immigration Studies, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in program management, entrepreneurship, or startup incubation.
- Strong understanding of immigration processes and challenges faced by immigrant entrepreneurs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for supporting diverse entrepreneurs and fostering innovation.
