Responsible for managing and servicing existing health care practitioner and pharmacy relationships as well as seeking new opportunities for our Professional/Retail brands in an assigned territory.

**JOB SUMMARY**

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the management of their assigned territory and ensures that individual sales goals and objectives are achieved as well as supporting all Education and Tradeshow events.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Perform daily pre-call planning
- Identify new sales opportunities (i.e. product lines that are not being sold to clients, featured products) for existing accounts and execute accordingly
- Identify declining client trends with intention to mitigate further decline
- Provide product and protocol information as determined by specific client needs to support all atrium brands
- Conduct structured product information sessions with clients
- Conduct outbound calls ensuring that appropriate customer call frequency and customer reach is maintained in accordance with specific territory segmentation
- Accurate and complete logging of all tasks and activities in SalesForce
- Consistently employ consultative sales skills when promoting products
- Develop relationships, provide support and consultative product recommendations with New Accounts
- Qualify new leads for conversion to New Accounts
- Provide feedback to the Inside Sales Manger regarding customer concerns, objections and trends
- Respond to customer enquiries, concerns and messages in a timely fashion.
- Fully support Atrium’s Brands Continuing Education and Webinar initiatives:

- Promote and secure registrations for scheduled Pro Webinars
- Attend Tradeshows within Canada
- Attend webinars for professional development as well as providing support to clients
- Attend and participate in all ISR meetings as well as product training sessions when required
- Develop personal product knowledge on a consistent and on-going basis by attending all product training sessions and CME events as required
- Interact and communicate with all other departments to ensure all clients’ needs are not just met, but are exceeded
- Provide assistance to team-mates and colleagues as required

**CRITICAL GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES RESPONSIBLITIES**:

- Receive and document each product complaint using section A of the product complaint report (CSP-001 Appendix A) and immediately forward to Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs department
- Provide support in the notification of applicable accounts in the event of a product recall

**EDUCATION**:

- High School/Post-Secondary Education or equivalent work experience

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 3+ years in a customer service/inside sales environment
- A background in health and wellness, nutrition, or supplements is an assest
