Who we need:
Reporting to the Campus and Executive Support Manager, the Assistant Campus and Executive Support Manager is responsible for off-hours oversight of the overall operations, management, and coordination of a specific campus or satellite location within the educational institution. This role involves ensuring a safe, efficient, and vibrant campus environment that supports student success, faculty engagement, and operational excellence. As a back-up People Leader, ensures a working environment where all team members can be their best selves, grow and thrive, to support our mission of championing student success.

What you will do:- Manage day-to-day operations of the campus, including facilities, maintenance, security, and technology infrastructure, to ensure a safe and functional environment in the off hours when the Campus and Executive Support Manager is unavailable.
- Oversee campus resources such as classrooms, labs, libraries, and common areas, ensuring they are well-maintained and conducive to learning and collaboration.
- Provide back-up support when the Campus and Executive Support Manager is unavailable, including:

- Supervise and provide leadership to administrative staff, including support personnel, receptionists, and campus coordinators.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes, student services, and campus events.
- Budget management
- Oversee vendor management/procurement focus and contribution to planning.
- Act as an Executive Assitant for the Principal (e.g. schedule meetings, take minutes)
- Collaborate with student affairs professionals to plan and implement student support services, events, and activities that enhance the student experience and promote a sense of community.
- Address student concerns, inquiries, and requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Serve as a point of contact and resource for faculty and staff members working at the campus.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among faculty, staff, and administrative units to promote a cohesive campus community.
- Coordinate with academic departments and faculty to manage class scheduling, room assignments, and academic resources in alignment with the institution's curriculum and needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, emergency response protocols, and campus security measures.
- Collaborate with campus safety personnel to develop and implement emergency preparedness plans.
- Align campus initiatives and activities with the institution's strategic goals, mission, and values to contribute to its overall success.
- Contribute to a positive corporate culture that supports our core values.

What you bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Higher Education, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Several years of relevant experience in campus management, administration, or a related area, with a demonstrated track record of leadership and operational oversight.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in managing administrative processes, budgets, and resources.
- Knowledge of campus operations, facilities management, and student services.
- Experience in coordinating events, programs, or initiatives that support student engagement and community building.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and external partners.
