Ottawa, Canada WPT Architecture Full time

Well established architectural firm seeking Full-time Bookkeeper/Office/HR/Contracts Manager with minimum 5 years’ experience in full-cycle bookkeeping with good understanding of accounting regulations and processes to guide and support team.

Requirements: Business administration and accounting certificate or years of experience equivalence, excellent organizational skills, strong diplomatic collaborative energy, and great communication skills in English, French (an asset). Ability to pivot at a moment’s notice from task to task without losing site of daily requirements.

**Duties**:

- Full-cycle bookkeeping including government reporting and tax compliance, budget preparation, cash-flow reports, payroll submission and preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports
- Project workload forecasting, project profitability analysis, cash-flow projections based on current project timelines
- HR coordinator for onboarding new employees and benefits package maintenance
- Ensure employees comply with daily/weekly tasks relating to accounting requirements
- Supervise admin assistants, ensure daily/weekly tasks are completed.
- Project contract management duties consists of preparation of pre-set client contracts, communication with clients and consultants, maintain updated contract information in accounting software and ensuring any unforeseen extras are duly tracked and requests made to client for approval
- Maintain office environment to ensure a safe and enjoyable workplace and all necessary supplies and building maintenance contracts
- Provide support to staff with office software, travel arrangements
- Organization and maintain internal software, financial documents and files in internal systems
- Contribute to overall improvement of office systems and procedures
- Oversee and monitor professional education programs, association requirements and government compliance requirements such as health and safety certifications
- Proficient with following software: Microsoft Office, Windows 10, knowledge of Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint an asset

**Salary**: $75,000 - 85,000 per annum

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits: Flexible schedule
