**Job Summary**:
As an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing expert guidance on our products and services. Your goal will be to create a seamless and positive experience for our customers, contributing to our overall business success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support**: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, providing information about products and services, and assisting customers with their purchase decisions.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- **Order Processing**: Accurately process sales orders, track shipments, and manage returns and exchanges.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer needs and provide relevant recommendations.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
- **CRM Management**: Utilize CRM systems to document interactions, track sales activities, and manage customer data.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with sales and customer service teams to achieve sales targets and ensure a cohesive approach to customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an inside sales role.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- **Customer Focused**: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
