**Administrative Assistant**
We are a Winnipeg based business that designs and installs high quality memorials and granite work. We are in search of an **Administrative Assistant** to join our team of designers and craftsmen This is a full-time position ideal for someone who prides themselves in excellent customer service, teamwork and who enjoys working with a small family owned local business. The role includes varied responsibilities each day and requires a flexible, energetic and positive outlook towards work. Duties include:
**Position Responsibilities**
- Assist with design layout program: (enter text into design program, spell check/proofing layouts - eye for detail and balance, cutting stencil electronically using an Allen Data Graph cutter.
- Social media posts and updating of website, marketing materials as required.
**Required Skills and Experience**
- Previous administrative experience and experience working with the public.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, Corel, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to write and compose well written and compelling social media posts.
**Hours**
- Hours - Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Occasional Saturdays required during the summer to fulfill demand as needed.
**Benefits**
- 2 weeks annual vacation

- Health Savings Account $800 (after 6 months)
- Starting wage $ 17.00-21.00 depending on experience.
