Reporting to the Head of Business Growth and working directly with the Growth team, we are looking for a driven, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic Business Development Representative. You will play a mission-critical role, generating and qualifying leads, connecting us to new business opportunities, and analyzing the market for untapped areas to grow. Everything you do will support our aggressive sales goals and further our pursuit to become a leading Digital Acceleration Partner.

**What you will do**:
As a Business Development Representative, you will identify sales opportunities in Canada and the USA, reaching out to secure bookings for the sales team with a minimum of eight new accounts per month. You will:

- Work on pitches to support closing sales deals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop sales enablement collateral on funneling.
- Use HubSpot to keep your performance and funnel organized.
- Become an expert in our Digital Acceleration Partner model, and our clients’ industries to best understand and customize your approach with prospects.

**What you bring**:
**The experience and determination**. You have proven success meeting and exceeding your quota in lead generation and business development, ideally with exposure to the professional service industry. You are an active listener who can interpret and respond to customers’ business requirements and problems, connecting them to the services and solutions they need.

**The technology. **You are proficient with MS Office and have extensive experience working with a CRM such as Hubspot.

**Interpersonal skills.** You have exceptional communication skills. You can build and foster internal and external relationships, building trust and influencing decisions.. You operate with integrity and hold yourself and others up to a high work ethic. You thrive in an autonomous role, but enjoy connecting with people internally to grow your technical knowledge, shape your approach to our mission, and share ideas. You have a deep respect for the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of anyone you work with.
