Project / Office Administrator

Pinnacle International is one of Canada's leading builders of luxury condominium residences, hotels, and commercial developments. Based in Vancouver, BC, Pinnacle has been involved in development, design, construction and management for over three decades. Pinnacle's portfolio includes landmark locations in Vancouver, Toronto and San Diego.
We are looking for a motivated team player to join our team as Project Administrator.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare regular financial /budget / cost analysis
- Performance evaluation of different contracts
- Prepare documents and correspondence (for example: letters, memos, charts, PowerPoint presentations and legal documents)
- Audit and identify discrepancies for the Project Manager(s) to review
- Liaise with vendors regarding invoicing, as required
- Coordinate with accounts payable to process invoices, track status, and confirm vendor payment as requested
- Obtain quotes from vendors / suppliers
- Communicate project details and work cohesively with different subcontractors
- Scheduling orders of construction materials
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, accounting, project management or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience working in the Vancouver construction market or accounting administration is preferred
- Have proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem-solving and prioritizing workload
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Flexible and proactive mindset in taking additional responsibilities assigned by Managers
- Experience in using Microsoft office suite
