**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct welcome calls to new members, providing personalized guidance and support.
- Proactively reach out to members who may be at risk of canceling their subscription (winbacks), utilizing effective retention strategies to encourage continued engagement.
- Act as a health coach, offering valuable advice and suggestions to enhance the weight loss journey for our members.
- Provide ongoing support and encouragement to members, serving as a trusted ally throughout their weight loss process.
- Manage member cases effectively, documenting interactions and resolutions to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer service, retention, or sales, preferably in a healthcare or wellness-related industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathetic and compassionate demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals.
- Knowledge of weight loss principles and strategies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
