Position: Dispatcher/CSR

Job Summary:

- Act as a central point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Efficiently dispatch and coordinate field personnel to ensure timely response to customer needs.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in scheduling appointments and service requests, maintaining a well-organized calendar.

Dispatching Responsibilities:

- Receive and process service requests from customers, recording essential details accurately.
- Prioritize and schedule field personnel based on urgency and location to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain constant communication with field staff to ensure smooth operations and timely responses.
- Monitor real-time tracking systems to update customers about the status of their service requests.
- Handle emergency situations calmly, following established protocols to ensure the safety of all parties involved.

Administrative Tasks:

- Document all customer interactions and service-related activities in the company's database.
- Generate reports on dispatching and customer service performance as required.
- Assist in administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service and call center operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of geographic locations and navigation tools is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
