**Your daily routine**
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues and offering support throughout the purchasing and project delivery process.
- Build strong customer relationships and nurture brand loyalty
- Assess customer needs through in-depth interviews
- Present and show different housing models, explaining their respective features, benefits and customizable options
- Validate and follow up on financing, land, preliminary plans, finishing touches, building permits, surveyor, etc.
- Manage sales contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Coordinate visits to the Design Center and factory to enable customers to visualize the progress of their project and discuss technical details
- Collaborate with design, production and installation teams to ensure efficient project progress
- Maintain up-to-date sales, prospect and customer data in the computer system
- Prospect for new customers using various resources (databases, trade shows, referrals, social media, etc.)
- Monitor market trends, new technologies and competition to stay informed and propose innovative solutions
- Oversee and supervise sales office operations (customer service, promotion, events, etc.).
- Verify sales opportunities that may arise for the company.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of sales strategies with senior management
**Your expertise**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales
- Relevant experience in the construction industry an asset
- Bilingualism, both written and spoken (French/English) an asset
- Computer skills (MS Office, Teams/Zoom, etc.)
- Professionalism and courtesy
- High level of commitment to provide exemplary customer service
- Communication, sales and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented
- Team spirit
- Willingness to travel for corporate events
