**About New Age**
**General Duties/Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**:
As the Office Assistant, you will be responsible for various general office tasks:

- Act as a support for the Office Administrator and Office Manager.
- Screen incoming calls and takes messages accordingly.
- Filing & Document Management including keeping various corporate excel trackers up to date.
- Manage office supplies inventory which includes ordering, putting supplies away, updating the inventory tracker and keeping supplies cabinet organized.
- Ensuring that end of day facility checklist is performed, and office is secured and tidy.
- Managing incoming mail delivery.
- Coordination of opening new customer and general files.
- Assist in planning corporate events which includes quarterly staff meeting.
- Communicate with clients regarding scheduled service visits.
- Follow and comply to company procedures and standards.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum high school diploma
- Self-motivated, show proactiveness and takes initiative.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills and the ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast faced environment
- Speak, read and write fluent English
- Attention to detail and organized
- Customer service experience an asset but not mandatory

**Hours**:8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch)

**Hourly Rate**:$19.00- $21.00
