**Job description**

**ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT**

The coordinator manages and completes day-to-day tasks as required, and acts as a responsible liaison between the sales consultants, warehouse staff, vendors and clients.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Represent the company and brand in a professional and friendly manner
- Greeting visitors to the showroom and directing them appropriately as required
- Meticulously update client database
- Process deposits, payments and arrange pick up and delivery of all orders
- Use Microsoft Office and Excel constantly throughout the day
- Maintain positive relationships with team
- Willingly accept additional tasks as required
- Demonstrate respect and courtesy for all individuals
- Arrive to work punctually, professional in appearance

**Skills / Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, excel, and outlook
- Ability to multitask and effectively work in a fast paced environment
- You are articulate, and can communicate with clients vendors and suppliers confidently and with ease
- Very well-organized with a keen eye for detail
- Experience with multi-line phone systems an asset
- Fluency in English is a MUST

**Work Schedule and Environment**
- 3-4 days per week
- Saturday is a MUST - do not submit your resume if you are unable to work weekends
- Showroom Hours are: Monday - Friday 10am to 5pm, Saturday 10am - 6pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
