**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our maintenance team. As a Building Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our properties. If you have a passion for maintaining buildings and possess strong technical skills, we invite you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections of buildings to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other building components
- Manage work orders efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in all areas
- Utilize project management skills to oversee maintenance projects from start to finish
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors when necessary
- Troubleshoot issues with logic controllers and industrial maintenance equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in electrical systems
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supervising staff or coordinating maintenance projects
- Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding building blueprints
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$38.46 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week
