**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support to medical staff and management as needed.
- Utilizing Accuro and Epic software systems to manage patient records and appointments.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive medical information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating patient referrals.
- Performing general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a medical administrative role preferred.
- Proficiency in Accuro and Epic software systems is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
