**Temporary HR Assistant, Compensation**:
(anticipated for a period of up to six (6) months)

What You Will Get To Do

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Assisting with coordination of the Town’s job evaluation programs, including creating job descriptions and coordinating information packages for employees and supervisors
- Assisting with the inventory and set up of job evaluation electronic filing system including scanning paper files, sending files to records;
- Assisting with the administration of the Workforce Planning Program electronic updates in SharePoint
- Audit, review and organization of paper files ensuring filing system is up to date and files are in the correct places
- Working with employees and People Leaders to gather compensation and job evaluation data;
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Services department; and,
- Assisting with other duties as assigned.

What You Bring To Our Team

As the successful applicant, you must possess:

- A post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
- Working knowledge of administrative and Human Resources best practices;
- Experience with SharePoint an asset; and,
- Strong organizational skills
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

What We Offer You
- Salary: $36.72 - $43.20 per hour (Band J)
