Vancouver, Canada Pacific Shield International Ltd Full time

Prior work experience in downtown Vancouver market is preferred. A sound understanding of restaurant openings, processes, recruitment, F&B controls is critical for this role.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of the restaurants, including overseeing all aspects of food and beverage service, guest inquiries, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Ensure the implementation of brand standards, including food quality, service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Train and manage staff members, ensuring that they are providing exceptional service and upholding the restaurant's standards and values.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve financial targets and drive revenue growth, including developing and managing budgets, forecasting sales and expenses, and analyzing financial reports.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, monitor, and supervise the operation of the floor as well as kitchen team and suppliers for a smooth operation.
- Maintain a strong focus on food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that all staff members adhere to established standards and regulations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Other duties as assigned by senior management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager in a restaurant in Vancouver is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing successful restaurant operations, including managing staff and achieving financial targets. Encourage team spirit to reach company standard.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with guests and staff. Manage customer enquiries and complaints.
- Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards related to food safety and sanitation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
