**Job Title**
Manager Operations
**What is the opportunity?**
Provide Operational Support, acting as the centre of expertise for the Private Banking Regional teams supporting employee onboarding, technology escalations, equipment and access management,
**What will you do?**
- With Partners supports and ensures employees new to Private Banking are onboarding in a timeline and complete manner
- Acts as the lead for regional team escalations, as it applies to Softphones, technology, premises issues.
- Proactively identifies and applies a continuous-improvement approach to achieving superior client experience aligning with efficient and effective processes.
- Ensure GL, Sundry loses, operational risk reports are completed and resolved in a timely matter
