Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join our team at the Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba. You will play a crucial role in supporting both administrative functions and marketing initiatives within our company. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:
Undertake routine administrative duties to ensure the efficient coordination of departmental activities.

Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with relevant data (both statistical and non-financial).

Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.

Provide administrative support to the administrative and marketing team including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining files and records.

Assist with admin support in industry trends to develop marketing strategies.

Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, place orders, and track shipments.

Assist in the planning and execution of events, including trade shows, conferences, and tabling’s.

Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders as requested by staff.

Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing manager or senior leadership team

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative and marketing role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
