Monday, Friday: 10:00am - 2:00pm

Tues, Wed, Thurs: 1:00pm - 5:00pm

Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas, campaigns, and promotions to increase online presence and engagement.

Assist in the onboarding process for new employees by preparing and organizing necessary documents, forms, and training materials.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new hires.

Provide administrative support during orientation sessions and help address any onboarding-related queries.

Greet and welcome visitors and clients, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.

Help maintain organized records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Support special projects and events as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and workshops.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

Proven experience in social media management, preferably for business purposes.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with basic office equipment.

Customer-focused attitude with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Previous experience in reception, administrative roles, or event planning is a plus.
