Binner Marketing & Sales Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at our head office location, on 6 Roslyn Rd.
Binner Marketing & Sales was founded in 1985 and continues to maintain strong business representation across Western Canada. Binner Marketing has a solid lineup of committed Principals (Manufactures). Binner Marketing's goal is to continue to strengthen relationships with our principals and customers to ensure strong growth.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform front desk duties, answering phone calls.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry and reconciliation.
- Coverage on our order desk as needed
- Provide general support to the office team as needed
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with previous experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: No less than 14 per week
- On-site parking
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
