HD is currently seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience
- Business Administration Diploma or Bachelor or equivalent courses / applicable experience
- High computer literacy including using cloud-storage, One Drive, Teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency and accuracy in editing and formatting
- Strong organizational and planning skills with an ability to prioritize and multitask
- People-oriented with an ability to establish relationships, credibility, and trust
- Bookkeeping education and supplementary courses
- QuickBooks experience and training
- HR administration training
- Small business experience
- Use of customer procurement sites including Ariba and Fieldglass
- Previous experience in the mining and/or engineering industry is an asset

**As an Administrative Assistant your responsibilities will include**:

- Format and update meeting minutes, proposals, and reports
- Create and update company résumés and organization charts
- Create and edit company marketing materials and presentations, including company website
- Review timesheets, payroll, and expenses to ensuring accuracy
- Manage and order office supplies, including safety personal protective equipment
- Company invoicing, and AR/AP processing
- HR administration tasks
- Maintain employee and client confidence and protects operations by maintaining confidentiality
- Update internal documents including policies, procedures, and reference material
- Update forms and documents for APEGS, WCB, and ISNetworld, business license, and insurance, etc.
- Assist with company safety program including tracking, updates, and audits
- Take pride in your work, and hold team members accountable
- Other tasks as required to meet our client and operational requirements
