**About the Role**:

- Create service projects in a ERP system (P21) when required.
- Prepare costing and budgets for install project quotes.
- Save copies of price sheets, quotes and purchase orders in digital filing system.
- Perform all order entry and invoicing for the Service Group.
- Follow up with Outside Salespeople on purchase orders for outstanding quotes.
- Follow up with customers for updated purchase orders for last minute additional items to facilitate on time shipment.
- Track budget performance of projects and alert site staff to significant variances.
- Help build a database of project templates (service profiles) in Microsoft Word.
- Participate in the continuous improvement process to help build service repair business processes, which reduce waste to nil and improve productivity.
- Trouble shooting as it relates to shipment delays, errors, etc.
- Enter sales orders.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Required Experience**:

- College Diploma (DEC) in building mechanics/HVAC and/or experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge in plumbing and ventilation systems (industrial and institutional)
- Very good command of English; spoken and written
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Project Manager training is considered an asset
