Alstom has openings for its Leadership Excellence And Development (LEAD) program in our Canadian Locations.
Members will experience four, six-month rotations throughout a two-year period. Rotations may be at multiple sites, including, but not limited to, production sites.
**Rotation examples include**:
- Manufacturing Shop Operations Supervisor (leading a manufacturing team in the production of products)
- Industrial engineering
- Finance - Project and/or Industrial Controller.
- Sourcing/Materials (managing suppliers to improve product quality and negotiate price)
- Technical (Lean Leader/ Manufacturing Engineering/Quality/Process Engineering) (improving efficiency of supply chain management through LEAN/cost reduction)
- Environment, Health & Safety (EHS support to site operations, oversight of Alstom operations for work at Customer sites, and supporting EHS in a region or concentrating in a particular EHS media).
- Project management
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- 4 year Engineering or Supply Chain/Manufacturing related degree
- GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
**Desired Characteristics**:
- Prior intern or research experience in engineering or manufacturing
