**What do you do?**
- Perform full cycle accounting and bookkeeping with focus on payroll, accounts payable, and expenses
- Manage daily banking activities and prepare bank reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data and ensure AP/Expense accounts are recorded properly
- Examine expense invoices, employee reimbursements
- Prepare analysis of AP & expenses and assist with month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing
- Assist with annual tax return filling and audit
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and support special projects as required

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must Have**
- 5+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to details
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change

**Nice To Have**
- Previous experience in an Asset Management firm
- Fluency in multiple languages would be an asset (particularly Mandarin)
