**Full-Time Seasonal Finance and Administration Assistant**

(35 hours/week)

**Waterloo, Ontario**

The Seasonal Finance and Administration Assistant provides administrative support on a temporary basis. They will serve with a variety of groups in the Finance Department, supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and donation processing. They are also responsible for transaction coding, data entry, and vacation relief as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Code all payable items for data entry.
- Organize and review petty cash submissions.
- File reports and invoices.
- Assemble and mail correspondence.
- ssist in other duties and projects as required.

**Requirements**:

- Currently or previously enrolled in a Business or Finance university/college course.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to collaborate with others.
- Attention to detail.
