Job Title: Listings Coordinator (1-year Maternity Leave Coverage)

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage and update property listings on 2 real estate boards (PKAR & DRAR).
- Collaborate closely with REALTORS to ensure accurate and up-to-date property information.
- Upload property information into an online database (Skyslope)
- Provide occasional reception coverage and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all listing-related activities.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Utilize your strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a paralegal/legal assistant is highly preferred.
- Proficient in data entry and administration, with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in a real estate agency or related industry is advantageous.
