Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Skyline Real Estate Limited Partnership. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners and making minor repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and perform safety and security checks to ensure the well-being of our residents and staff.
  • Work with minimal supervision, using your initiative and judgment to make decisions and take action as needed.
  • Collaborate with contractors and tradespeople to address major repairs and maintenance issues.
  • Advertise vacancies and show apartments to prospective tenants, using your excellent communication skills to provide a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and experience in a related field, such as cleaning or maintenance.
  • Ability to work under pressure, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as a strong sense of dependability and reliability.
