As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote our brand, attract potential clients, and increase sales. You will work closely with our team to create and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, and analyze data to optimize performance. We are seeking someone adaptable to the ever-changing real estate market, offering flexible hours to meet the dynamic needs of our business.

**Location**: Hybrid position (Office: Peterborough, On Site: at listings & filming locations & remote)
- *This role involves on-site filming at properties situated in Peterborough County, Kawartha Lakes, Durham Region, and Northumberland County, necessitating the use of a car for transportation to and from locations._

**Job Type**: This position is a temporary, part-time position for 1 year covering a maternity leave.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the real estate agent's brand and services
- Attend weekly team meetings on Monday mornings
- Monthly newsletters: brainstorm ideas, write content, and manage distribution
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management
- Script write, shoot and edit videos for reels, newsletters, etc.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies and integrate them into the marketing strategy
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Assist in the planning and execution of client and referral agent events

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry
- Experience filming & editing videos in short and longer form content
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making
- Highly organized
- Strong writing skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with platforms such as Canva, Mailchimp etc.

**Requirements**:

- Drivers license & access to a vehicle
- Smartphone with the ability to shoot photos and videos
- Semi-flexible schedule

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
