- Helps assess and analyse the needs of service users, develop norms, politics, clinical tools and standards of professional practice and find appropriate solutions in order to help the institution improve the quality of its professional activities.- Take part in different teaching and training activities.- Requirements:
- Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, criminology or psycho-education;
- Valid driver's license, access to a car and be able to travel;
- Five (5) years of experience in the social services network, including three (3) years of experience in youth protection;
- Proven leadership abilities for the coordination and supervision of clinical activities in partnership with the different programs; proven ability in planning, organization and conflict resolution;
- Extensive knowledge of the youth protection act and of the Quebec's health and social services network's policies and procedures, specifically for the Montreal region;
- Knowledge of the protection, placement, intervention and service planning fields; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple files at once;
- Knowledge of the computer systems (ex. pij, cognos);
- Capacity to communicate easily, both orally and in writing.
