- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est présentement à la recherche d'un spécialiste en activités cliniques pour combler un poste permanent à temps partiel (3 jours par semaine) aux Centres de la jeunesse et de la famille Batshaw, dans la région de Montréal.

- À titre de Spécialiste en activités cliniques au sein de la Direction jeunesse, vous serez appelé(e) à prendre part au développement clinique des intervenants, à assurer la conformité des pratiques et à prodiguer des conseils sur la gestion des cas. Vous mettrez à profit vos compétences en évaluation et en intervention clinique, en planification et en coordination de services, de même qu’en droit de la jeunesse et de la famille.

- Authorization for an Encadrement Intensif
- Authorization for removal to NEST (secure area)
- Medical emergencies/managing medical problems
- Technical support (computer, phones)
- Risk assessment
- Client/family issues and support
- Crisis intervention
- Respond to critical situations and emergencies
- Supervision and dispatch of Campus/Unit Support
- Dispatch of MIT (Mobile Intervention Team)
- Assessing the divisional needs for residential services by providing direct support and supervision to all educators on shift;
- Tours the Batshaw residential network after hours and monitors clinical and administrative practices;
- Available to problem-solve and respond to critical situations and emergencies throughout the agency;
- Communicates with various support services within and outside of the residential services;
- Is responsible for related after-hours decision making in order to ensure the well-being of clients and staff;
- Directly supervises and evaluates the employees of the service;
- Supervises and completes annual evaluation of all recall educators;
- Provides staff with 24/7 access to a person with authority and guidance;
- Oversees the quality of the child care interventions;
- Responsible for human resources including the interviewing, hiring and training of recall educators and campus/unit support educators;
- Respond and regulate staff issues.
- Requirements :- Holds a minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work or any other relevant bachelor diploma;
- Is able to establish a therapeutic relationship with a French and English-speaking clientele;
- Holds a valid driver's license and has access to a car for travel in the community (mileage reimbursed);
- Has one (5) year of experience in evaluation in a youth protection context;
