Job Title: Inventory Specialist (Hybrid)

Job Summary: The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing the receiving and shipping of goods, and ensuring the timely completion of all inventory-related tasks, both remotely and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular physical counts and reconciling discrepancies, both remotely and on-site
- Manage the receiving and shipping of goods by coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers, both remotely and on-site
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as necessary to ensure that inventory is always at optimal levels, both remotely and on-site
- Track inventory movement and report any discrepancies or issues to management, both remotely and on-site
- Assist in the planning and execution of inventory control procedures, both remotely and on-site
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits, both remotely and on-site
- Prepare and maintain records of inventory transactions and activity, both remotely and on-site
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that inventory is properly managed and tracked, both remotely and on-site
- Utilize inventory management software to monitor and track inventory levels and movement, both remotely and on-site
- Supporting all other head office tasks (as a startup, we expect all team members to want to support the team as needed)

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of inventory management and control procedures
- Familiarity with inventory management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, both remotely and on-site
- Strong technology skills and experience with remote work tools
- Flexibility to work on-site as required

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
