Pre-IPO tech firm in Montreal with 3x year-over-year growth is looking for smart and humble Account Executives with 3+ years sales success in a SaaS environment.
You’ll enjoy autonomy, full ownership and accountability while working remotely in an environment where collaboration and culture are important.
This is a completely full-cycle, high-responsibility role with numerous resources to ensure your success including a company pipeline of almost 200 leads a day.
**Responsibilities**:
- New Logo Sales - Closing new accounts and consistently hits targets.
- Lead Conversion - Nurturing “handed” warm leads from sales cycle to close.
- Presentation - Responsible for presentations, including discovery calls, high-level product demonstrations, and closing calls.
- Forecast - Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales with +/- 15% accuracy.
- Organize - Manage multiple tasks: leads, demos, proposals, follow-ups, etc.
- Getting Better Every Day - You will be provided great on-boarding and training support, with continued coaching.
- Thought Leadership - It’s important to understand and form a passion for our industry. We expect you to learn at every opportunity.
- Startup Mentality - You will need to embrace the entrepreneurial, grind-it-out mentality of building something new.

Requirements:*
- B2B sales experience.
- 3+ years of total sales experience in a SaaS closing role.
- Documented success as a closer. Ability to articulate metrics and data.
- Experience navigating client relations through organization including C level.
- Willingness to prospect and contribute to your own pipeline.
- Experience conducting your own discovery calls and product demonstrations.
- Comfortable moving fast, multi-tasking, and keeping the energy high.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication ability.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Personality traits: positive, passionate, creative, smart, high-character.
