We are looking for a high energy, driven & self-starter Jr. Account Executive, who will be going through our extensive product and project management training program. You will start out as a Jr. Account Executive reporting directly to Director of Sales as a project manager with a dedicated career progression path towards Account Manager & Senior Account Manager.

The Program is designed for on job training, where you learn more about our products, servicing existing clients, sales support functions and manage the complete sales cycle from landing the order to delivery under the mentorship of our seasoned Account Manager.

This two-year training program is designed to ensure that you have the required skills and expertise to become a successful Account Manager and to build your own territory.

**What your team does**:
Our Account Executive team is the engine that drives our business development efforts to close. They provide sound advice, give product demonstrations, offer solutions to complex problems using strong business acumen and resourcefulness. They do it quickly, efficiently, and flawlessly, while continuing to revolutionize an entire industry.

**What you'll work on**:
**First Year: Training & Project Management**
- Extensive product training, which starts with learning about the nuances of custom retail packaging across several product category
- Assist Sr. Account Executive in a project management role to understand sales operation functions: drafting RFP, order processing, timeline management, supply chain monitoring & invoicing
- Attending client meetings under reporting manager’s mentorship to become a successful packaging consultant with the following key attributes: understanding client needs, ability to develop and present solutions as well as negotiating/closing deals
- Understand and effectively making use of sales tools available to the team: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Engage, 3D designs renderings, and many more

**Second Year: Customer Outreach & Account Management Assistance**
- At this stage, you will still be assisting your reporting manager on existing clients along with taking first steps to build your own territory
- Identify key markets & industries to hunt for new businesses
- Using your training to establish new accounts & develop solutions for their packaging needs.
- Reach out to new customers by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on potential retailer packaging customers
- Work with marketing to create your own prospecting outreach program to achieve your sales goals/targets

**And a bit about yourself**:

- You have a degree or Diploma in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- You have excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Having packaging experience is an extra bonus

**Your Package**:

- Starting Salary $70,000/year
