**ABOUT THE JOB**: This is a new role based at the Management Office at a building offering rental units in downtown Toronto. The Community Administrator will support the operational and administrative management of affordable housing programs and building communities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Reporting to the Director, Condominium Rentals and Community Manager the incumbent’s responsibilities will include:

- Maintains the efficient daily administration at the Management Office at the property and is the first point of contact for residents’ calls and visits
- Assists with Service/Maintenance requests - tickets, troubleshooting repairs, booking of services, coordinates access, completes registrations, and obtains Management approval when needed.
- Checks invoices and advises Property Accounting as to chargebacks.
- Assists with move-ins and move-out, including entering data into the system and preparing documentation and forms for key releases, elevator bookings, closing-up activities, inspections and deposit refunds.
- Assists with building operations as directed by the Community Manager.
- Engages and fosters a community environment for the benefit of residents.
- Assists with activities related to the rental and leasing of suites, including showings.
- Maintains an organized scheduling and tracking system to ensure all maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner and in the order by which they were received or by level of urgency.
- Delivers services in a professional, prompt and courteous manner at all times when dealing with residents and third-party contractors in the scheduling and maintenance of services.
- Completion of post-secondary education.
- 2+ years of experience providing administrative support in a related field.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to deliver high quality results while working under multiple deadlines.
- High degree of comfort with working in an office environment.
- High degree of professionalism with the ability to demonstrate tact and maintain confidentiality.
- Availability and flexibility to work evenings and weekends at times.
