**About Us**
We are Canada’s largest distributor of automotive lifts, tire equipment and automotive service equipment. Babco Sales is the exclusive agent for BendPak/Ranger, Peak and Dannmar equipment in Canada. We are a fast-growing organization headquartered in Surrey BC, with a warehouse location in Mississauga ON. We have remote service locations in Edmonton AB and Winnipeg MB. Our growth goals are aggressive, and we need team members that are committed to these goals.

**Position**
We are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Mississauga, ON. You must have experience with high volume inbound/outbound calling. Daily, your role will include the following:
- Call existing and new potential clients to obtain service opportunities
- Engage customers and develop opportunities to gain business
- Maintain the company database with up-to-date client contact info
- Other supportive tasks as required by the Sales Manager
You have previously worked in a similar role, where you have earned a reputation for your strong work ethic, organization, and commitment to excellence. You have a knack for deepening the relationship with existing customers. You will ensure tasks are completed and are skillful in delivering a high level of customer support. You take pride in understanding your customers’ needs, providing them with a solution, and earning their repeat business. You meet or exceed the following requirements:
- You have a proven history of securing new business and can prove it
- You are a strong communicator with **exceptional customer service**:
- You possess basic mathematics, computer competency
- You have a high sense of urgency and are committed to **continuous improvement**
- You are proficient in English (both written and oral). French language skills are an asset.
**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year plus unlimited commission
