Luxury Move Management provides a wide range of moving solutions for all scenarios such as moving, downsizing, estate clearing and relocating. Our passionate team takes the stress out of our clients by facilitating and managing all their move related tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Handle communication between trades, clients and LMM employees
- Invoicing clients and payment processing
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks such as scheduling
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist with onboarding and training new staff
- Support the team with general administrative duties
- Use QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Google Suite and QuickBooks
- will be tested
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with filing systems and document management

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
