Job Summary: Photographer and Operation Coordinator
**Duties**:
Photography & Marketing
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of our items (art work) from various angles, highlighting key features and details.
- Edit, Retouch, resize and enhance images as needed using Photoshop or other photography software.
- Select and assemble proper equipment, and choose settings and props based on the item and theme of the photo shoot.
- Upload the Product photos to the company selling website.
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for visual content to be used in marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual content with overall brand messaging and marketing strategies.
- Manage and organize digital assets including photos, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography and content creation to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.
- Plan and execute marketing schedules to promote products and increase sales.
- Assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
Operation Coordinator
- Communicate effectively with seller platforms to ensure smooth integration and operations.
- Oversee online auction operations, including listings, customer support, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain client records, inventory files and artwork.
- Post ads and information online, manage and curate content for the company's social media accounts.
- Draft press releases and other media communications in multiple languages to promote auctions and attract clients
- Contribute to team effort by assisting colleagues and completing tasks as needed for the overall success of the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Be able to take on daily required administration work/ tasks as assigned.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of photography techniques and equipment.
- Previous photography experience in antiques, decorative items is an asset.
- Proficiency in Google suit, Outlook & MS OFFICE suite
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends effectively.
- Familiarity with sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
**Language requirement**:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills - **English, Cantonese & Mandarin Chinese.**
