**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to client requests
- Prepare for client meeting & reviews
- Monitor security prices for entry and exit levels at the direction of Portfolio Managers.
- Execute equity, fixed income, and FX trades on a daily basis;
- Invest incoming funds and rebalance existing portfolios at the direction of Portfolio Managers;
- Analyze portfolio diversification and identify drifts from desired portfolio allocation;
- Perform equity analysis to align with Portfolio Managers’ investment strategy;
- Correspond with clients regarding trades, portfolio activity, and market events;
- Assist Portfolio Managers with ad hoc requests.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Completion of CSC, CPH and licensed with CIRO is required;
- 3-5 years of relevant experience;
- Desire to attain additional investment industry licences in both Canada and the USA is an asset;
- Highly motivated with the ability to work effectively, independently and as part of a team;
- Strong communication skills;
- Attention to detail a must-have;
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure;
- Problem solving and sound judgment skills with the ability to exercise tact and discretion are essential;
- Knowledge of Envestnet is an asset.
