**Votre opportunité de carrière**
Répondre aux demandes de réservation des agents de voyages afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente et de contribuer aux indicateurs clés de performance du centre d'appels tout en fournissant un service à la clientèle de qualité supérieure.

**Comment vous allez occuper votre temps**
- Répondre aux appels et aux courriels de manière opportune, courtoise et professionnelle.
- Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle
- Mettre en œuvre des compétences de vente active pour conclure une vente
- Traiter les réservations avec précision et minutie
- Atteindre constamment les objectifs de performance individuelle
- Vendre des forfaits multi-destinations complets de produits "à la carte".
- Assurer le suivi des dossiers et des paiements auprès des fournisseurs et des agents de voyage.

**Les compétences, l'expérience et les exigences dont vous avez besoin pour réussir**
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en français et en anglais
- Passion pour la vente et désir de toujours se surpasser
- Diplôme d'une école de voyage/tourisme ou expérience équivalente dans l'industrie du voyage.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et de relations interpersonnelles
- Professionnalisme et patience
- Esprit d'équipe mais capable de travailler de manière autonome
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais
- Connaissance de l'industrie du voyage
- Connaissances informatiques - Microsoft Office Word et Excel
- Capacité d'apprendre de nouveaux logiciels
- Connaissance de Sabre (un atout)

**Conditions de travail**
- Environnement de centre d'appels - basé à domicile
- Du lundi au vendredi de 9h à 5h (quelques soirs en rotation)
- 37,5 heures/semaine

Respond to travel agent’s inquiries for reservations to achieve sales targets and contribute to call centre
KPIs while providing superior customer service.

**How You Will Be Spending Your Time**
- Providing excellent customer service
- Enforcing active selling skills to close a sale
- Processing bookings with accuracy and detail
- Consistently meeting individual performance targets
- Selling complete multi-destination packages of products “a la carte”
- Ensuring files and payments’ follow-up with suppliers and travel agents

**The Skills, Experience and Requirements You Need to be Successful**
- Excellent communication skills, French and English
- Passion for sales and a desire to always excel
- Travel/Tourism school diploma or equivalent related travel industry experience
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism and patience
- Team player but able to work autonomously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the travel industry
- Computer knowledge - Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Ability to learn new software
- Knowledge of Sabre (an asset)

**Working Conditions**
- Call Centre environment - home based
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm some evenings on rotation
- 37,5 hours / weekly
