U Better Call Paul’s Team is a growing team of Realtors® providing friendly, personalized service and local expertise to Ottawa and the Valley. There is a lot to consider when buying, selling, or renting, and no individual or situation is the same. Our goal is to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
**About the Job**
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to assist with marketing, social media, and other communications as well as administrative tasks. This individual will assist the Team Leader with creating and filing real estate paperwork, and will be responsible for promoting the business and any listings so that the team can focus on serving their clients well.
**Responsibilities**
- Managing team social media channels through content strategy, content creation, and interaction on each platform
- Designing, writing, and ordering marketing materials such as signs, stickers, and brochures
- Writing online content including social media posts, blogs, listing descriptions, web pages, etc.
- Creating listings and real estate documents, filing paperwork, and forwarding it to relevant parties
- Creating and monitoring paid ads when requested
- Other administrative tasks as needed
**Qualifications**
- At least two years of experience working in social media, marketing, communications, administration, or a similar job
- General knowledge of SEO
- General knowledge of paid and organic marketing strategies
- Familiarity with using CRM software (i.e., MailChimp)
- Familiarity with Google Suite apps
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Organization and attention to detail
- Strong time management and ability to evaluate priorities
- PREFERRED: Experience using real estate programs (kvCORE, Matrix, WebForms, AuthentiSign)
Pay will be decided based on abilities.
