Job Summary

The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Program Coordinator to provide administrative and support services for the Infant, Toddler and Preschool Program at Woodroffe HS and Queen Elizabeth PS sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Program Coordinator and other staff members
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of program activities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role an asset
