Description du poste
Sous la responsabilité du directeur du centre d'affaires, le vendeur interne vend des produits, traite les commandes des clients, fournit des informations tarifaires et/ou techniques, et trouve des solutions aux problèmes des clients en temps opportun.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS:
- Répondre aux appels rapidement et de manière professionnelle, écouter attentivement les clients, comprendre et répondre à leurs besoins ;- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients en temps opportun ;- À l'occasion, négocier des prix et des conditions spéciales avec les clients et/ou les vendeurs selon les critères établis par son gestionnaire ;- Prendre les mesures nécessaires pour résoudre les problèmes de service à la clientèle en temps opportun et assurer le suivi et vérifier que les engagements sont respectés par la suite ;- Proposer de manière proactive des produits associés et/ou alternatifs si nécessaire ;- Promouvoir les produits ciblés afin de générer des ventes supplémentaires ;- Informer rapidement la personne appropriée (directeur du centre d'affaires, représentant des ventes externes) des commentaires des clients concernant le prix, les produits, le service, etc ;- Maintenir à jour ses connaissances techniques sur les diverses gammes de produits et élargir sa connaissance du système.
EXIGENCES:
- Minimum de trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d'expérience dans l'industrie de préférence, ou une combinaison de formation professionnelle et d'expérience pertinente ;- Bonne connaissance de l'anglais parlé et écrit ;- Compétences démontrées en relations humaines ;- Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation ;- Connaissance des produits ;- Doit être axé sur le service à la clientèle ;- Bonne connaissance de MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
