**About the Role**

Superkül is seeking assistance with Proposals and Communications with a focus on the preparation, coordination, and project management of proposals, which includes researching and identifying RFPs for consideration; document layout; image selection; copywriting assistance; work back schedules; coordination of content, subconsultants, and staff; printing; and submission. They will assist with the firm's various marketing and communications activities and support the architectural team with the preparation of graphics and content for presentations. They will work closely with the Marketing + Communications Manager, and Leadership team on RFPs as well as our external Marketing + Communications consultants for both RFP and overall marketing and communications work for the firm, including assisting with website maintenance, photo shoots, social media, newsletters, and client events.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**

**Proposals / Communications (100%)**:

- Coordinating and preparing proposals, from opportunity identification to document submission, which entails identifying, presenting, and tracking opportunities as well as the overall management of the process;
- Coordinating with subconsultants to obtain materials/documentation necessary for RFP responses;
- Executing graphic and layout design as well as data visualization (i.e. tables, maps, diagrams, etc);
- Creating and maintaining marketing collateral, such as CVs, project sheets, references, etc;
- Creating studio portfolio documents;
- Assisting with award submissions, press requests, and presentations;
- Assisting with social media (coordinating images and fact checking);
- Maintenance of company website;
- Assisting with the coordination of project photography;
- Assisting with the promotion and organization of company events;
- Managing company promotional lists and newsletter / eblast distribution via Mailchimp;
- Assisting with the coordination of social media accounts;
- Assisting with presentations through the preparation of graphics and pitch decks;
- Coordinating printing jobs with external vendors.

Other related duties will be assigned as required.

**General Characteristics / Experience**:

- Ability to gracefully engage in multiple tasks while maintaining a strong eye for detail as well as the bigger picture;
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and website maintenance (Wordpress);
- Confident, creative, and innovative thinker;
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to project manage the RFP process from initiation to submission;
- Able to manage conflicting demands, expert in prioritizing tasks;
- Manages workload autonomously and with little supervision;
- Minimum 3 years’ marketing / communications / administration support experience in a Professional Services environment, preferably in an Architectural Design field;
- Passion for design.

The hours for this position are 9:00am to 6:00pm, with one hour for lunch, in-office from our Roncesvalles/Dundas Street West Studio.
